The past year saw quite a few of us suffer from cabin fever. Fortunately, it led to some awesome garage refurbs! We’ve scoured the internet and found our top 3 renovations that you MUST see. Check them out below…
1. Your new local!
If you don’t know anyone who has created an in-house bar, you have to expand your friends list! Anyone and everyone who was after a big DIY project last year at one point considered switching free space for their own freehouse.
Check out Emily Barratt’s home reno. With a bit of elbow grease and a small budget Emily turned her old dingy garage into a boujee bar. The DIY project took her 2months and she managed it with just £1000 - good work!

2) Time to break a sweat!
A valid excuse for not working out seemed like a dream to some over the past year, but a nightmare for others! This PT decided to take matters into his own hands and completely transformed his unused garage into an AMAZING at home gym.
In such a small space this new gym is stacked with weights, a punchbag, flat screen and lockers. Not to mention the sleek overall finish. There was no doubt in our minds that this garage reno needed to be in our top 3!

3) Game Room Reno
We dare you to try and be bored in this home! This garage conversion was given a complete remodel into the perfect games room! @xyz.realty completed this refurb in a vacation rental in La California this year.
The room was refitted with slick flooring, given a paint job and boasts:

- Beer Pong Table
