"Look after your body. It’s your most important asset. Don’t take risks with health and safety. Use proper lifting techniques. And take good care of your knees. I ended up having four months off sick, and almost losing my job as a result of having weak knees."

''Since using Recoil kneepads you come home from work pain free and you just wouldn’t think you had been on your knees all day''
Annie Bowman: 47: Painter & Decorator
''They are good for wearing over trousers that don’t have kneepad pockets in and because you aren’t so low down, they are really easy to go from kneeling to standing. They are so much more comfortable than kneepads that fit in your trousers, as they are always at the right place.''

''They’re an absolute God send! My knees are ruined from playing rugby and my old kneepads were leaving me in bits come the weekend after a week on them, but your Recoil Kneepads are something else. We’ve now finished for the day/week and it doesn’t even feel like I’ve been on my knees at all, no redness, no soreness, no aches or pains when getting up off them.''
