What is your overall opinion of the Recoil Kneepads? I have used a lot of kneepads over the years. They always left me sore after a days work. Since using Recoil kneepads you come home from work pain free and you just wouldn’t think you had been on your knees all day

Do you think it is important to take care of your body, specifically knees? What advice would you give to someone starting out in the industry about taking care of themselves from an early age? Yes. When you’re young, you don’t realise the damage that you are doing to your body until down the line it all takes a tole on you. My advice to any young people getting into the trade would be to use all the equipment such as kneepads, masks, ear muffs and glasses. Even if you don’t think you need them, your body will thank you later in life. Always look after your tools and work safe.
